Right from the outset of the founding of the business we knew that we wanted it to be actively committed towards having a real positive impact on the global challenge of climate change and the environment.
As a specialist company operating in the heavy industry sectors of MRO, Marine and Transportation we were well aware that, not only finding and delivering products that could deliver effective results, but also tackling a reluctance to change within these sectors, was going to take genuine and sustained commitment from the business.
Those objectives however are critical to our personal beliefs, a significant part of our mission statement and a commitment that we will continually strive to not just deliver but to exceed. Since COP26 we have noticed a definite sea-change in the mindset of people & their growing willingness to change their habits to become more sustainable – we are no different and as a company are determined to play our part.
With most of the brands we sell we look to represent products that are either biodegradable, eco-friendly or help to reduce or remove hydrocarbon contamination from the air, land or sea. Even where the product itself may not be wholly EF we have recognised that in delivering maximum effectiveness there can still be an opportunity to deliver environmental benefits.
At the same time, we have actively identified organisations that we can associate with that will provide access to more companies who can benefit from these sustainable solutions – to date we are proud to work with the likes of COCO+, Creating Tomorrow’s Forests, Green Award Foundation, Thames Green Scheme & Zellar.com. A list of positive change partnerships that we will continue to grow.
